We’re based in Old Ellicott City, in the heart of Howard County, and we treat people from across central Maryland — Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, and the towns in between. PHP and IOP, in person at our space or online where it fits your life better.

Outpatient treatment only works if you can actually get there — reliably, several times a week. We sit at a practical crossroads of central Maryland, off the US-40 / I-70 / I-695 corridor, so the people we treat aren’t fighting an hour-each-way commute to do the work.
Howard County, MD
Our home county. Outpatient PHP and IOP in Old Ellicott City, serving Columbia, Elkridge, Clarksville, and Fulton — without leaving the county.
Columbia, MD
Same county, about fifteen minutes south. Outpatient PHP and IOP for Columbia without leaving Howard County.
Baltimore, MD
Roughly half an hour from the city. A quieter place to do the work — with an online option for the days the drive is the hard part.
Annapolis, MD
About forty-five minutes up Route 50, with online sessions for the days the drive is the hard part. Hybrid PHP and IOP for Anne Arundel County.
